It seems easier for me to blog my food intake and things the day after, so I'm a day late on it, but at least its still getting done.
These are for November 25th....
lunch was a turkey sandwich and a bag of cheddar cheese sun chips... not the healthiest choice I could have made, but the easiest, I was on the road for 6 hours.
Dinner was a piece of chicken, some green beans, some horrible potatoes, which I didn't eat all of, and a half of cup of macaroni salad
Snack was an orange. I managed to get in 1 mile of walking : ( at least I was a little active.
My goals for today are lunch to be tuna salad (I'm a creature of habit, and I love tuna!!)
Dinner-- my children are asking for lasagna, so I don't know how I'm going to do that, unless I keep the calorie intake down, and splurge on some lasagna, and maybe a salad... I can eat more of the salad, and a smaller piece of lasagna. I know, I'm trying to make a deal with the devil of foods. *S* Whichever way I do it, I'll do it as healthy as possible.
Ok, will update this later this evening, just got up to do some things before the kids got up. Theres no school today, so I've got to find something to keep them entertained. lol
