Ok, not back 100% to myself yet, but I'm feeling so much better than I did. I managed to only eat a bowl of soup that day and a bottle of gatorade, so I know whatever I eat yesterday is going to stay with me for awhile, and I'm sure I could have picked a lot better foods than I did. Problem was, I was on the go most of the day, running between stores, and left the food choices up to my husband. Oh well, to late to do anything about it now, all I can do is take today and start fresh again. Its behind me, no worries.
I got my christmas tree up. I have boxes and totes scattered everywhere, and its driving me insane. I didn't get to bed until after 1, and had to get my husband up to go to work at 4:30. So, I'm left to clean the mess up. Great!!
My kids have decided they want to do thanksgiving at home this year, instead of going to my mother-n-laws like we always do. I dread that conversation with her, we've not told her yet. Its wouldn't be so bad, going to my mother-n-laws that is, if there wasn't so many flipping non family members thats going to be there. My sister-n-laws best friend and her husband, and her 3 kids, and 3 nephews are going to be there as well, and my kids get blamed for everything when all of them are together. So, I can understand them not wanting to go. Its either have dinner here with just us 4, or go over there for dinner with 25. My kids have decided, and we bought the turkey yesterday. I'm sure they will get over it. If not, oh well.
Whats everyone else doing for thanksgiving?

I remember when we had to decide to stay home for Christmases. I was just to hectice trying to please everyone for one day! I have never regreted the decision and I bet you will not either!
Our plans for Thanksgiving will be at the VFW. Every year we make Thanksgiving Dinner for anyone who wants to come, member or not. NO charge! There are many poor persons in this area and tons of seniors with nobody. We also have delivery for the shut-ins.
