I am so sick today!!  Ever heard the expression, gotta feel better to die?  Oh yeah, thats me.  I have it coming out both ways, and its killing me.  My husband had it, and now its been passed to me, and I'll tell ya, I can do without it.  Not making any promises as far as eating today, the very thought of food... gross.  Ok, will write about my exercise and stuff later.
