Ok, I don't know what to do here. I'm eating the calories that my dr told me I should eat, and well.. I'm gaining weight. I've done this whole dieting thing before, and lost a bunch of weight, and now I'm right back to almost the exact same place I was before. I need to get a grip on this, I know I can do this. I think I need to go back thru the journals and things I did when I did this once before. I think I need to come up with a better plan. I think I need to stop feeling guilty when I do eat, and I think I need to up my calories then slowly bring them back down. I know I can do this, its just going to take a little time. I didn't put this weight on overnight, and its not going to come off overnight. I need some help here people.

We are TOTALLY here for you! I would love to throw my hat into the ring of people you consider a friend and you turn to for help. I think reviewing this all with your doctor might really help as well. Some people's bodies change as they get older (not calling you old....you are young!....but what worked for your body previously might not work now) and also sometimes the body needs a little jump to get started. Like switching from high carbs to low carbs back to high carbs. Or one day lower calories, like 1500, and then next day higher. Just something to switch things up so the body doesn't go into starvation mode. You might want the doctor to take your measurements (or you at home) and then two months later take them again. Bob from Oprah says to weigh yourself at first, and then wait TWO full months before weighing yourself again. Which is hard, but then you don't want to quit (like I do) when normal water fluctuations happen. Blah blah blah I am rambling, but only because I want you to hang in there!!
