Its been 7 days now since hubby and I have started our plan, and well so far so good. Today for lunch I had tuna with little mayo and pickles on 2 slices or bread, a 100 calorie snack pack for lunch, and a large unsweet tea, dinner will be chili and a small salad. I walked 1/2 mile so far today, and plan on going to the track tonight. I need to start posting each and every day so I can be accountable for all that goes into my body. Seconds on the lips, forever on the hips... my new motto.
Anyway, will write more on this later.
