I was getting back on track, then got up this morning at 9 and was so very sick. I've been in bed most of all day, with nothing more than sprite and a can of chicken noodle soup in my system. Theres a bug going around at my husbands job, and I do believe he brought it home to me. As soon as I can get over this, I'll be back up and trying to get a plan going for me to follow. I had managed to quit with the soda, but was unable to keep water or juice down this morning. So, I've got to concentrate on getting better, then I can concentrate on getting thru this.






Sorry you are feeling ill!! Sometimes when we are sick we just need to go with what the body is asking for, and let the rest fall back into place once our bodies are no longer fighting illness. Once you are feeling a little better, start with those small walks and day by day add more. And we will cheer you on!!

Thank you so much, I think thats what its going to take for me... accountability, and a cheering squad. I know I can do this, I have to be in the right mind to do it, and I think I am there!
