Hi and welcome to our group! My goal is to lose 150 pounds. I have lost over 30 since September and I'm not trying to lose a set amount per week or month or anything. It will take as long as it needs to take. I'm trying to make the better choices with food and it seems to be working. I am so inspired by people here and I hope you are too. Cheers! Sue

welcome, I just joined a couple days ago. I currently weigh 229 and should probably lose almost 100 pounds. I am breaking to down as well. I would like to be under 200 for my first goal. I think breaking it down to 10's is a great idea. It makes it so much more realistic. Today is a new day, you can do it!

I know you can do it today. Believe me, if anyone understands trying not to eat bad things while trying to do a stressful job, and having a non-supportive partner try to offer you things you know you can't have to be successful, it would be me. I believe in you and know you CAN do this!
