I am married for 18 years to an awesome man. We have 4 grown sons and a granddaughter, Lily. I survived Breast Cancer 2 years ago after a bilateral mastectomy. Now I have Cirrhosis. No fear! My Lord will deliver me at the perfect time. I only hope to watch my Lily girl grow up. She is my light.

Insulin and my husband

My blood sugars are continuing to go up and my insulin goes up. I hate that. My belly does to. I have little bruises all over it.

I love you tons too sweetie! I Pray for a cure from pain for us all! I wonder if if talking to "Montel" would make a difference? Close Cirrhosis
I was just diagnosed with cirrhosis stage 4 last week. I am scared to death. I beat breast cancer last year at the cost of both breasts. I can't believe I have to fight again and so soon.

- Lactulose Too Soon to Tell
- I am up to 2 Tbls, 3 times a day. Results are unpredictable.
- SAM-e Too Soon to Tell
- Started 9-2008.
- Milk Thistle Too Soon to Tell

- It worked but my doc took me off because of my liver disease.

- I love this stuff! I have Fibromyalgia and it really helped a lot.

- Works fairly well. I have taken this for a couple of years.
- Nerve Blocks Not Working
- I have had 4 or 5. None of them worked. Painful too!

Open Fibromyalgia
I had 2 back surgeries in 2002 because of an injury several years earlier when I worked in a hospital. The pain got progressively worse. After I had surgery on my back I was better for quite a while. Then I went downhill. I have Fibro and Chronic pain in my lower back. Last year I had a bilateral Mastectomy for LCIS. Now I am being treated for NASH. I hope I can dodge a liver transplant. I pray and rely on God to get me through each day.

- I use a heating pad and a neck heat thing daily! I don't think I would survive without both.
- Lyrica Working / Worked
- This has been a blessing. I take it 3 times a day. Before Lyrica, if someone touched my back or arms it would hurt so bad. My skin hurt. My husband just didn't get it.
- Morphine Working / Worked
- I have taken MS Contin for several years at a low dose. It kept me at a tolerable pain level. Since I now have liver disease I have been changed to instant release. It works fast but wears off too quickly.
- Neurontin Not Working
- I took this a long time ago. I don't remember if it worked or why they took me off.
- TENS Somewhat Helpful
- I like the treatment. It just isn't portable and discreet enough for me. WIRE, WIRE, WIRE EVERYWHERE!
- Vitamin B12 Too Soon to Tell
- Zanaflex Working / Worked
- This is a helpful drug for me. It is also a bonus in that it helps me sleep.

Open Breast Cancer
Stage: 0 (Tis)I had stage 0 Breast Cancer in 2006. I opted for a bilateral mastectomy because this cancer runs in our family (among other cancers). I had reconstructive surgery followed by a skin graft because part of my skin didn't heal and died. I am well now in this issue.

- I love this pen. It is much easier to use than the others. No click, it glides in smoothly. Good control of my sugar with 36u morning and nite.
