Superhero Status
been a while for me but think about you Sammi is almost thorugh 6th grade at her new school and we are trying to make it this year but it is hard she went thorugh extreme depression again and now she has a kidney infection. The one thing I can say about this school is that they have taken more action than the rest. I hope you are finding some peace with all of this. You said you are a transcriptionist are you working for someone or yourself. You are a special person to trying to do all of this and care for your three children. I think of you often and all you must deal with since Sammi is so young still I can't compare to all you must bear.

Been off for a while it has been hectic but wanted to say have been working lots, Samantha many appts. grandmother had stroke. Soccer season started. I am taking class at university. Have been having anxiety attacks. Samantha went back to public school, it is quite an adjustment. We have meeting this week with ESE. Take Care Monica

My oldest child, Max, is 17 and has Aspergers, ODD, and depression. He wasn't diagnosed until 5th grade...before then I was just told my kid was a brat. He has anger issues and trouble with social situations but he is so smart.

- He doesn't really seem to care so...

- In his last school he was in a class that taught this and it seemed to work some.
- Patience Working / Worked
- This is a daily process.

- I got him a guinea pig this last summer and it has a calming effect on him.
Close Single Parenting
I was married for 9 years, husband left for younger gal, single for two years, married to a guy who hurt my little one and now in jail, single again, remarried first 'winner' again for three years, he left again when returned from war so single again for 4 years now...don't think I'm real lucky in this. 17 year old boy with aspergers, 14 year old boy who just went to live with dad, and 10 year old girl. Just trying to hold it together for my kids. Just work and home so most friends are online.
