well gave the disibility forms to dr ,made me cry.She knows that this is a hard decision that i have not taken lightly so hopefully this works.

She also prescribed some physio for the tendernitus ,more for the tens unit than anything.

Hurting today,probably from the stress of thinking about it.does that happen to other people?

Hubby suggested i use the scooter at walmart today but i dont drive it well and i get flustered with brain fog so i walked.I think its tendernitus but from the ankle bone area.Im seriously considering getting ankle braces to sleep in.Even turning over in bed is painful.

This time of year the fibro really kicks my butt!

BAD FLARE!!

Its my ankles,can barely walk.Lots of pain.I think its the cold weather because my first major flare was in my knees and was the same time of year.Im not even outside much.

ARR dont want to start my time off like this.Oh well will have to take extra time to do things thats all.

Ordered our new appliances today although we still haven't found a contractor for the kitchen that we like.We have gone with a bathroom place for the bathrooms,paid a little more but liked the itemized quote and they order the fixtures etc we choose so saves us running around.

Thought we had a contractor until i happened to ask if they use a licensed electrician and they said NO!!!!I was so angry ,i couldn't believe that i had to ask.I'm not risking my home burning down and the insurance not paying because they use an unlicensed guy.
