Close Asperger Syndrome
Knew I had ADHD as a child. Advanced reader, bored up 2nd grade doodle on the book the teacher shook me like a rag doll. Excelled by 6th grade then post HS academic probs. Driven to complete military and college, til formal dx ADD-Type 3. job social probs surfaced people say i present well then are shocked with job performance. In Asperger triad, Imagination difficult for neurotypicals! Due to this, I am frustrated beyond tears, grieving my career and former friends.

- Emotions kept inside go out and possibly send away toxins with them. Takes a toll emotionally which will require rest in short run but over time is healthy. Others may not think so.....

- My dogs and cat are a comfort for all things unpleasant that exist with life on this planet.
- Gluten Free Diet Considering
- Have already become Lactose Intolerant.

Close Menopause
I've been flashing for quite a few years. FSH in 70's now and can't concentrate when hot and humid. Everything is centered around what to wear and will the people there please not jack up the heat?

- Provera Working / Worked
- Worked fine, switched to low dose BCP for this time.
- Ativan Working / Worked
- Helps very much with emotional liability and with major life upsets which cause near nervous breakdowns.
- Fish Oil Working / Worked
- Works for ADD and joints as well.
- Estrogen Cream Working / Worked
- Works well.
Open Phobia
Type: Social PhobiaHave had this since about age 18. Is in connection with being out in public having lunch with people I don't know well, or public speaking in class.

- Havent had time to work on this so much due to so many issues going on.
Open Depression
Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionHave Major Depression as well as Seasonal Affective Disorder. Recently learned as someone in menopause that to replace sunlight, Vitamin D3 was essential with the Calcium replacement. Have been depressed due to so many life changes and stressors that it has worsened.

- Got by ok.
- Elavil Working / Worked
- This was first one I ever tried at age 11. Worked wonderfully, was back to my old self, remember laughing again.
- Lexapro Working / Worked
- So far seems better than Celexa, but still going thru a lot of heavy duty major life change and stressors. Using concurrently with Wellbutrin.
- Psychotherapy Too Soon to Tell
- In progress of diagnosis

- Wellbutrin XL300 is working well with the Lexapro20, however, I could not take Wellbutrin SR.
- Writing Too Soon to Tell
- I've been studying what is going on, since going through so many jobs. Through the process of elimination, it has come to the world of an Aspie. I cannot validate this without an accredited medical professional who can see the same material I found, and in the same sources with examples of my life.
Open Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
A few times I've been in a situation where walking off the job, as most anybody knows, is a bad idea. Yet, it's people put in charge who were part of creating scenarios I NEVER want see done toward me or anyone else again. The intrusive thoughts have caused me to always be on the lookout for the safety net of being close to the nearest exit door.

- If the music is relaxing, and Christian where I know the words but the classical part of it is playing, it is soothing.

- Always a good if good Counselor, and mine is a Psychologist.

- Good books always help. I would like to try Paxil, but have not had any medication changes in a long while.
- Talking Somewhat Helpful
- People say quit talking about it, it only dredges up the past.
- Topamax Working / Worked
- So far this seems to be successful...not sure for which symptom, but overall feeling little better.
- Lexapro Working / Worked
- Seems ok but it is wintertime. Ive added Vitamin D3 to diet but still would describe myself to be guarded.
Open Sensory Integration Disorder
Bright lights hurt and can cause migraines along with loud noise and chaos--which is the worst. Foul smells make me want to heave, along with fake people who want to make an appropriate touch, even though their intentions are anything but sincere.
Open Anemia
Type: Aplastic AnemiaTook my Mom to Hemotologist to find results, and there was my Dad's Brother waiting for PRBCs, he was in protective isolation and has Aplastic Anemia, may have to come back and correct this. My Aunt says it is the most aggressive form and this is Brother 3 of 4. Auntie had her kidney removed over a year ago that makes all of them touched by this.
