I love to crochet. I belong to a charity group that crochets and sends items to convelesant homes, shelters, hospitals etc. I enjoy helping others whenever I am able. Sometimes, it is just a smile or a fiendly hello.

Close Crohn's Disease & Ulcerative Colitis
I was diagnosed 4 months ago with chron's disease. I am currently on Pentasa. It helps, but I still get many flare ups. I hardly eat anything for fear of suffering with the pain.
Treatments
- Dietary Modification Somewhat Helpful
- If I stay away from dairy and fresh fruits and veggies I due better. I found a few veggies that if cooked thoroughly I can digest without mush problem. Examples are potatoes, yams, green beans.
Open Menopause
I am here because I feel talking about this issue will help inform me of what I can do to help myself and others. sometimes I feel as though I am the only one with these issues.
Treatments
- Estradiol Somewhat Helpful
- Helps with the symptoms, but not achieving the benefit that I expected
