I am going up not down. I try to watch what I eat,I still can't exercize very well because of my leg. HELP ME I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO

Connie you are doing well, just keep going and you will get there. I have being watching what I have being eating for a whole and have lost weight very slowly. I can't exercize as well, because of my legs. I am with you all the way.

Same here!! I hardly eat at all and I gained back the few pounds I had lost! I'm not giving up, although I know what you mean about exercise being difficult with the pain. As soon as the weather warms up a little (freezing here!!!) I want to try walking. My legs have gotten really weak, so I'm going to start with very short walks and try to add a little at a time. I figure even if I can only do a block a day it has to help! In the meantime, I'm going to try to do 1 or 2 simple easy exercises each day, but one way or another I'm determined to lose at least 20lbs over the next few months!!! I gained 27lbs from steroids. UGH! Glad you made it home safely!

Connie jsut do the best you can, it's not easy. Walking is the best exercise if you can. Sending strength and love Cathy
