Hope you are having a great day! About the hypnosis tapes - I got them years ago and they are by Dr. Lee Pulos. He still makes tapes but I don't think the same one I have. You can google his name to get his site. The ones I have is a 20 minute hypnosis tape and also a 30 minute subliminal music tape.

I also was a 3pm what is for dinner person...but I have been doing this weekly meal planning for 3 weeks and it is so stress free! I write out what I am going to have next week starting with the day after I shop. They recommend keeping that week's list for the next month for ideas.

walking is going good! I have to do it more i think.. lol but better then nothing. i have to set up a schedual like walk between 2-3pm.. ill figure it out lol

Thanks for the hug. I've been so busy lately with work I just haven't taken the time for me. I'm doing fine. Not super, but fine. I just received a coupon in the mail 50% off one month at Curves. I think I'm going to give it a try. I'll keep you informed. Hope you're well and happy. Take care.
