I suffer from anxiety, when that happens my hands get so dry, and all i want to do is eat, it's like a security blanket for me. I hate it!

i'm a nurse working at a local hospital. Lately the number of young adults coming in with newly diagnosed cancer has increased. At times it's very difficult to deal with these pts. under an emotional level. Thus the reason for joining this group.
