  that's not selfish at all, of course you want him here!
  not sure if it will help, but while it's fresh in your mind, one thing i did when i last lost someone SO SO SO close to me was to sit down and write out all the things
  about him that i loved, could remember, made me think of him ... bc sadly, it all starts to go away (though not for awhile). there's a beautiful song by anne hampton callaway (cabaret/jazz singer) w/a line in it that i love:
  if i remember just the perfect moment at least my heart will not be torn in two, for perfect moments have their perfect endings and that's how i'll remember you.
  
  it hit me that when i sat down and just thought about everything i could about him, almost like a huge montage scene in my head, for about two split seconds it's like he wasn't gone ...
  
  i don't know if this is making sense or not, but the writing i wish i had done earlier, so it's just a thought. one thing we know for sure is that you're one tough chicky, and a survivor, although it's sad that you have yet another thing to survive.
  
  i hope today doesn't suck.

  i somehow missed that he had passed away - i would have thought of you immediately! i'm so sorry, this must be so hard for you. one of these days, things are going to HAVE to turn around. again, i'm sorry you lost your friend.

  Good Morning, I like all types of music!!!! Mostly Rock!!!! But I like to chage it up ever so often!!! LOL!!! That's so cool you are in the music field. I use to work for Warner Brothers Motions Pictures 19 years ago. Here out of Atlanta. I did the advertising billing. We put the pictures in the theraters. It was the coolest job I ever had. Then I became a Mommy. I decided to stay home and raise my girl and then 5 years later we had our boy. They are now 19 and 14. I did go back to work 3 years ago part-time due to health issues with my back. I worked for my best friends "Kims" company and could come and go as I pleased. Well she doesn't own it but she runs it. I've known the owner since she started working there 24 years ago.. I was known for the employee that never worked and just came to the co. parties!!! It's a computer co. We were bought out by T.I.G. out of CA. I had only planned to take 3 months off to recoup from the back surgery. Then I had the massive heart attack at the age of 43. I just turned 44 July 6th!!!! Normally I don't like b'days, but I sure welcomed this one. I'm here by the grace of God. Don't go to church but I'm a very spritual person. It sure was good to hear from you and I;m happy to hear you are getting your place together. One thing we have in common is HOUSE "Hugh Laurie"!!!! Man I think his so damn good looking. My husband can't even talk to me while I'm watching him. LOL!!!!!! We just renewed our wedding vows on June 10th in Destin, Fla. I posted alot of pics. We had a great vacation. Not even a drop of rain all week and we saw dolphines every morning. We have been married 22 1/2 years. My how time has flew by. Drop me a line when you have time.
