This is my first time here. I have been so depressed because of my marriage. This is my 2nd marriage and I'm trying to deal with everything. My husband has a problem with pain pills. Hes never home! He spends all of his time with friends and looking for pills. I never see him, and when I do he sleeps all day. Hes not working now, and spends all my money on pills. He thinks that I'm the one spending all the money. I don't spend nothing, but what is left on bills. It is so hard living this way.

I feel so bad for you! He will only get off the pills when he is ready, so nothing you tell him will "make him" get off, if he's not ready. How long can you hold on? I was addicted to pills for 6 yrs, got clean for a year, broke my foot, and spent the last 6 months on them again, and now I want off, but it's so hard! It can be done, I know, but I hope you are taking care of yourself. If I were you I would definately start putting a few bucks away at a time where your hubby doesn't ever find it and you don't tell him. Let me know how it goes.
