Energy - From OK to Zero in four hours flat Mood
Sunday, November 8, 2009 | A Frustrating story

Hello Journal, it's been a while....

It's been a bad weekend for me.

Friday: Spent the day at Mom & Dads, then went to the camp for a few hot dogs over the fire.  I was drained so I was home before 10:00pm so I took my Betaseron shot and laid down on the couch to watch TV.

Saturday: 3:00 am. WOKE UP ON THE COUCH CHILLED TO THE CORE. Shaken was terible. I covered up with a blanket. 10 minutes later still shaken violently. I need the get upstairs and under my electric blanket.

With the blanket wrapped around me, it took what seemed like 10 minutes to climb the 13 steps upstairs.  Each step, each shiver, was sending painful TENS unit like shocks thru-out my entire body.  Made it to bed. BED NOT WARM!  Laid there shaking. Finally some warmth from the electric blanket......

First time I felt like vomiting after the shakes.  Flu?  No, I think it's a reaction the shot ....

All day Satuday was spent either in bed or on the couch with a fever.

Sunday:  Fever down. Very weak.

Monday 00:00  Getting back to normal.....
