I agree there are some scary things to read out there. my tumor was 5.5 on the cat scan and 7.5 actual size according to pathology. It was dubbed a less agressive type of cancer but a more aggressive grade of cell of that type of cancer. Good luck in april. I am likely to meet with a friend of a friend who is a top notch oncologist training at sloan kettering a top cancer hospital here in new york. As you know, most doctors do not reccomend any sort of chemo for this condition. I am interested in seeing what his thoughts are on scanning and monitoring. For example, they told me first scan in 6 months. I am wondiering if it may be wise to be monitored or scanned more frequently at least initially. If you are interested for your own treatment, once i go i can let you know what he says and why. anyway thanks for your iterest

thanks. all the numbers agree with you that it does have a real high success rate. Unfortunately, although the situations are different, i have heard some not so pleasant stories on this web site. Thanks for adding your support it is much appreciated.
