It has been a year since I had open heart surgery......having mixed feelings......I am alive but could have died....don't know how my day will go trying to stay positive but thinking back to everytthin that happened in the past year
Wish me luck for a god day
I am going to get out keep my mind off things

I had my Open Heart (Aortic Valve Replacement)Surgery just 3 months ago. Yes....it was tough the first 8 weeks out. But I knew that my strength would return if I kept my "Heart" open to a positive "light".
Find just one positive thing every day...and you will find that "positive light" will lead you out of any darkness that surrounds you.
