I have been diagnosed with colitis, several different types. Right now in remission, but would love to have some people to be able to stay in touch with who have this illness.
Treatments
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- Avoid peppers, this seems to help me.
- Azulfidine Working / Worked
- I took this the first time I was diagnosed, it seemed to get me back in remission for awhile.
- Librax Working / Worked
- I used this one a few times, it really helped.
- Probiotics Working / Worked
- I just had to take these after using antibiotics, they helped me alot I think.
Open Arthritis
I believe I have arthritis, although never medically diagnosed.
Treatments
- Glucosamine/Chondroitin Working / Worked
- It usually works within two weeks, depending on the pain itself. The first time I used it it worked within ten minutes. The next time two weeks, etc. It has to be a specific brand for me, I only use Schiff's.
