I have had RA, Fibromyalgia, and degenerative spine disease for the past 17 years. Along my travels, I have been on most medicines, with a lot of side effects. This last year has been an avalanche of health issues related to medication. I am now on my non-allopathic journey. I use natural supplements, foods, non-toxic environment and household products..so far..it is helping.Laughing more, complaining less.

For the past 16 years I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Spondyloarthopathy (degenerative spine disease). These problems and medications have caused other less significant problems, and some nasty side effects from medications over the years.
I don't throw away papers because I think I will need them at some point. I used to teach and everything I have kept is crouding me out of my own present life.I think the papers are my security blanket..."what if I will need this someday?" Trying to focus and let go.
I grew up in one. 13 children, 7 of his, and 6 of us...made for an uncomfortable time.Moved out on my 18 birthday. I am married to a man with no children...my daughter is his step-daughter obviously. Not always perfect...but the tug back and forth with her biological father has always been very difficult ..as an adult she resents she had to go through that..and I do too.
