  Good Morning Ajreid!! My sis, my mom and me have been doing alittle bit differnt of a diet we have been eating 900 cals. or less a day Like popcorn is 210, banana 110, and a 4oz hamburger is 328, 1/2 cup. mushrooms 41, 1/2c. cottage cheese 90. It's been going great I'm down 9lbs my sis is 10lbs, and my mom is down 12lbs. Also one day on the weekend we go off the diet and kinda eat what we want but we don't go all out and eat everything in site!! It's been going great if you need more ideas please e-mail me s_k_y22@charter.net I know how it is since I have been dieting I was up to 291 but I lost 53lbs that time! Gained a few back now I have another 50 or so to go! But I just keep going!! Please keep it up I Have faith in you and I know you want to do it you took the first step now just keep going if you fall off just jump right back on!!!!!!

  Hello Ajreid, I'm 26 and weight in a 246 as of this morning I know what your going through in some aspect, My father has been battling cancer for about 5 years!! I have been eating healty for about two weeks and working out with my sis, It's been going great!!! If you need any help I will be there for you just let me know!! sky
