I want to learn the healthy way to reach my weighloss goals not go on another diet, to only come off of it and undue the good I have done.
I struggle with self control and lose motivation quickly. I have a tendency towards a short span of weight loss success and then I slide back into my old ways. I am desperately trying to change this pattern of behaviour, and lose the weight for once and for all.I am here on this website to gain support not weight in order to reach my goals.

I struggle with self control, and have a tendency to yo yo and I am on a weightloss program now that I have been pretty sucessful at except I have been lapsing lately and I have just pulled myself out before I went in the wrong direction and I want to join in order to keep on my program and prevent my lapse from turning into a relapse.
