Retired but life is still busy. I do a lot of crafts..painting, knitting, crocheting, making jewelry, making walking sticks, etc. Happily married. 2 sons of my own and 4 step-sons. We live by a lake in a log house. Have been healthy for 60 years and now acquiring a few aches and pains (and diverticulitis).

Close Diverticulitis
Had no idea I had this thing, although my Mom did have it. Had some stomach aches in the past year or two but thought it was something else.
Treatments
- High Fiber Diet Somewhat Helpful
- Have just begun experimenting but find bananas and high fibre bread and cereals do work. I make my own bread to avoid chemicals and preservatives.
Close Shingles
have had shingles for the first time over the past 10 days..on my face. Right eye was worst affected.
