About Me
I am a single mother of four children. I am a gradmother to two beautiful kids. I have suffered the loss of my oldest son due to a drowning accident, I am doing okay. I am going to school to get my ecs so as I can become a Preschool teacher. I have problems with a)low self-esteem, b)being very co- dependent, c)insecurity with my decisions, feelings, thoughts, and actions, d)depression, e)afriad of being alone, f) worried what others think.

I've been made fun of, called stupid, ugly, and had been told that people were ashamed to be seen in public with me, so in turn i've become a very insecure, shy, and worried person who is always with my kids. I have one freind that will go out with me, while all the rest is just phone friends.
Treatments
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- I feel that my counseling did help me but just as I got confident the counseling stopped and put me right back at square one. Right now, I am trying to build my convidence up by myself, so as my children don't end up with low self-esttem like me.
- Self-help Working / Worked
- It's hard but I am still trying to do it.
