  I felt the same way when I was recently told I had bipolar at age 42 and still do not understand everything that is happening. A friend recommended that I buy a book called "Bipolar for Dummies" that is really helpful. I am going to buy it and read it. Good luck to you. Also, know that God is there for us!

  hey tats..read your post tonight....i hear ya..don't feel alone...and try not to freak out ....the right meds will change your life...they will give you hope again....i commented on your journal and wrote a message for ya, anyway...a big hug, and some chillin and peace for you.....it's gona be ok......really.....these meds help, they really do...call your pdoc right away....and work with him or her ok.....love, maggie
