  It is great to hear from you. My counselor said something helpful about family. While I know mine loves me, they aren't as helpful as I'd like. She said that if they treat us the same way they did when we were well, then they can believe that we are okay. These aren't her exact words but this is how I make sense of it. Now that I am basically doing fine, their lives are back to normal. I do try to keep busy (since I can) but I am trying even harder to not overdo. I try to evaluate what I do and make sure that it is something I don't mind spending my time doing. I really would like to do some to make a difference such as help cure this disease. So far no great ideas. For now, I'm fortunate that I have a job that's enjoyable and fulfilling and doesn't require a lot of physical activity. Take care and hugs, Janet

  Thanks for your support here.. Unfortunately the police camera didn't have night vision.. so all they got was two unidentifiable figures in the dark.. soo frustrating. How are you doing? Well I hope.. huge hugs.. xxx
