Sending you flowers to brighten your day. I hope you are feeling better. My heart goes out to you because I know how terribly bad chemo can make you feel and I hate to hear anyone else going through it. Are you able to keep up with work? I had to cut my hours from 20 to 12 during chemo. I fought it for a long time, but I had to do it for me. Remember you need to take care of yourself. You are most important here during the journey. Spend time reflecting on that as you look at the fall leaves - though they are hardly on the trees anymore, are they? I really hope you are staying positive. Take care my friend, Chris

So how are you? Sorry I haven't been in touch. I've been a little out of sorts lately. My emotions are really up and down. Please let me know how your treatments are progressing and how you are feeling. Hugs to you, Chris

Hi, I hope you are feeling better this week. Did you meet with your doctor and decide where to go from here? I had a lumpectomy in Nov. 08. That was followed by 16 chemo treatments and 7 weeks of radiation. I was diagnosised as stage 2 with lymph node involvement. The doctor says my cancer was agressive. My blood counts were very good at the end of Aug. I will be scanned in Nov. to see if anything else is detectable. I feel pretty good, but my stamina and energy level is low. I have returned to work (20 hours) and sometimes that is hard, but over all things are better than they were when I was on chemo. Please keep in touch and maybe we'll help each other along. Chris

Seems like maybe you are still struggling with your breast cancer. I was diagnosised Nov. 08. Would love to share stories and offer support. Chris

May God bless you and keep you in perfect peace. Here are some encouraging healing bible verses to uplift you. Remember, faith moves mountains and you can get through anything in the name of Jesus.

    John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

    Exodus 23:25
And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

    Psalms 6:2
Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I am weak: O LORD, heal me; for my bones are vexed.

    Psalm 103:3-4
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies.

    Isaiah 53:5
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

    Matthew 4:23
And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.

    Jeremiah 17:14
Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.

    Matthew 8:14-17
And when Jesus was come into Peter's house, he saw his wife's mother laid, and sick of a fever. And he touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose, and ministered unto them. When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.

It really is stunning how little compassion they can show for their former best friends. Don't worry about radiation - compared to chemo, it's a snap. Keep me updated as you go along? You inspire me to keep on going despite cancer and divorce! Thank you.
