Flower
Sending you flowers to brighten your day. I hope you are feeling better. My heart goes out to you because I know how terribly bad chemo can make you feel and I hate to hear anyone else going through it. Are you able to keep up with work? I had to cut my hours from 20 to 12 during chemo. I fought it for a long time, but I had to do it for me. Remember you need to take care of yourself. You are most important here during the journey. Spend time reflecting on that as you look at the fall leaves - though they are hardly on the trees anymore, are they? I really hope you are staying positive. Take care my friend, Chris
Miss You
Checking up on you, hope you are okay. Chris

So how are you? Sorry I haven't been in touch. I've been a little out of sorts lately. My emotions are really up and down. Please let me know how your treatments are progressing and how you are feeling. Hugs to you, Chris
Get Well Soon!
Hi, I hope you are feeling better this week. Did you meet with your doctor and decide where to go from here? I had a lumpectomy in Nov. 08. That was followed by 16 chemo treatments and 7 weeks of radiation. I was diagnosised as stage 2 with lymph node involvement. The doctor says my cancer was agressive. My blood counts were very good at the end of Aug. I will be scanned in Nov. to see if anything else is detectable. I feel pretty good, but my stamina and energy level is low. I have returned to work (20 hours) and sometimes that is hard, but over all things are better than they were when I was on chemo. Please keep in touch and maybe we'll help each other along. Chris

Seems like maybe you are still struggling with your breast cancer. I was diagnosised Nov. 08. Would love to share stories and offer support. Chris

Close Breakups & Divorce
I am in the middle of a divorce/separation. He has stopped wearing his wedding ring and is answering all sorts of porno and singles ads online. I just need to put up with it till he moves out and the divorce is final.
Treatments
- Couples Counseling Not Working
- Husband can't commit to anything for more than 2-3 weeks.
- Leave Too Soon to Tell
- Need him out of the house to see if this works.
- Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful
- Although I can hear the "I told you so" in the background of any conversation.
Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
I have always been in good shape until I got cancer. The chemo/steroids made me gain about 70lbs and the side effects have been hard to deal with so it has been slow to get it off. Now the hubby doesn't like the "new" me and we are getting a divorce. I still want to get the weight off. May be easier without the constant critic in the house!
Treatments
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- Physical Exercise Somewhat Helpful
Open Breast Cancer
Stage: IIB (T2 N1)Found out I had breast cancer in 2002. Mammogram was normal. Sonogram was normal, but the cats keep kneading my right breast and waking me up in the middle of the nite. I kept going back till they agreed to biopsy the fibrocystic stuff. Then is was grade zero...no problems. OK, let's do a lumpectomy and be done with it. Whoa! Then they wanted both breasts! I just had one mastectomy and several rounds of chemo. Thank God for my little furry angels.

My little Dusty (cat) just passed over the Rainbow Bridge. I have tried everything for over a year-and-a-half to bring him back to good health. Last night he must have waited for me to come home and then he passed. I still feel guilty.
