This journal is donated to my dog Max so if you don't want to read about him then don't read this journal. Max was five or six years old when we got him from the shelter. We had to go to a friends house to get him because he was fostered out there. He came with the name Max. When we got him he came right up to me like he knew I was going to take him home. I actually got him from a now ex friend of mine. She wanted him to be a present because we had just got done having to put down a dog that had gone mean. He knew how to shake hands. He was a beautiful black and white dog. He was white on his stomache and had some white on his face but it was mostly black. His underside was white I think I may have wrote that wrong. He had beautiful brown eyes. When we had to put him down he had gone blind in his eyes, his hearing was going and he had problems walking and standing. He was a very friendly dog and very playful. He used to catch sticks. He loved to play tug of war with you and with our other dog. He would catch sticks but had problems bringing them back to you. He loved to go for walks. He always knew before I did when I was going to get sick. He had grey in his jaws when we put him down. His teeth had gone bad. I know that he is in heaven with God and is health and happy. I look forward to seeing him again. He had some german sheaperd in him and a little blue healer, He was a mixed breed and was the best dog i have ever had. He was my best friend and I shall miss him dearly. Rest in Peace Maxwell.
