Believe in your heart that something wonderful is about to happen. Love your life. Believe in your own power, and in your own potential, and your own innate goodness. Wake every morning with the awe of just being alive. Discover each day the magnificent, awesome beauty in the world. Explore and embrace life in yourself and in everyone you see each day. Reach within to find your own specialness. Amaze yourself and rouse those around you to the potential of each new day. Don't be afraid to admit you're less than perfect; this is the essence of our humanity. Let those who love you help you; Trust enough to be able to take. Look with hope to the horizon of today, for today is all we truly have. Live this day well. Let a little sun out as well as in. Create your own rainbows. Be open to all your possibilities, and all miracles. Always believe in miracles.

I know we just spoke the other day on Messenger, but I think I owe you a hug. It gets hard for me to remember things lately since I've been on Seroquel, lol. You had mentioned some cds you were listening to about healing. I've never heard of Bill Johnson, are the cds helping you? I can understand your wanting to have someone to go to church with you. It's always nice to have that in a situation that you haven't been in in a while. I definitely will keep you in my prayers that your family can help you. I'm doing pretty well. My only complaint is the Seroquel messing up my memory and ability to concentrate, but I'm hoping either that will pass, or that I can go off of it, or that we can find some other drug to replace it. But on the whole my family and I are really blessed right now. Thank you for being there for me, it really means so much to me. I look forward to talking to you again on Messenger. Take care until then. Love ~

We are OK, but the relationship with school is not the same. Thank you for your prayers. I think I have found our exchange. It is just in the preliminary stages. The thought of moving far away, is quite scary, but it is just what we need. There are no opportunities here for us. I am almost certain it's the right thing to do, but I always feel a bit scared before I move, but we have always been lucky with our exchanges so far! I have given it my best shot here, but things haven't worked out, so it is time to move on! I hope you will all feel better soon! I so wish it was spring!!! Hugs to you.

I understand about not wanting to go out without showering, you want to present yourself in the best way possible. Those are very sweet things you said about me, thank you. Sixty messages, wow! That must get pretty overwhelming. I guess you have to compromise on your activity levels to help the patch along and be in less pain. It’s good that you have something to take for the breakthrough pain, that must be awful. I’m sorry you’re so lonely. It is hard when your offline friends are really busy and you have a lot going on, too. It’s harder to make friends now than it was when we were in high school, that’s for sure! You can’t exactly invite someone over to your house just to hang out, lol! I hope you can find the opportunity to bring more people into your life. It really helps with the depression if you feel like you have some people to count on during the rough patches.
