I have Fibro, Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction, (from having my gallbladder out.) COPD, Hiatal hernia, IBS, and no immune system at all! CFS, I have DDD, degenerative disc disease, in neck, and lower back, as well. And I LOVE my Grandkids, with a passion!

My boyfriend was in the Nam war. He is 805 diabled 22 year Navy vet. My son was in theIraq war. 8 year Army vet. Lost his right arm has ptsd. He was in the 1st Stryker brigade to Iraq. He was hit by an IED.He was in DC hospital a year. Still having surgeries.

I think I may be gluten intollerent. I have all the symtems. But i was tested and it said no. So Im going to try this diet to see if it helps.
