I wen to the gym three time last week and workout for at least 1 1/2 hours. And cut back on carb intake.
Basically, the day before he died he was perfectly normal and when I was at work, my aunt, the babysitter, called and said that he was not breathing correctly and he was rushed to the hospital. Never been sick at all until that day. The doctors tried to do what they could but he did not make it.
