I'm really starting to wish that there was a way to describe the amount of pain and complete lack of energy I'm experiencing. After recently getting home from the psychiatrist's office, they prescribed Lexapro, which they said would help with the pain. It hasn't done that at all.
Maybe I'm still wrong, but everything I've looked at (including asking a pharmacist) regarding Lexapro says nothing about it being used for pain. In fact, if anything, the pain has been made worse by the medication.
I feel nauseous, I'm in a constant haze of dizziness, I have pain in places that I didn't even know I could have pain inside of me. Until now, I would have said that the state I was in before was the worst possible feeling, but now, after taking Lexapro, I'm going to have to say THAT is the worst possible experience, especially for someone with pain, to give someone a medication with pain as a side effect...

Hey Sweety. Lexapro is for depression or bipolar disorder. It didn't work for me either and i almost snapped on my doctor for making me feel worse. Look it up on the net, but i'm pretty sure its an MAOI for bipolar.
