Hi leelaw, yep know all about it. i have a disc missing in lower spine and that catches my sciatic nerve sometime and then I hit the ceiling. I am off for an op;this Saturday morning. I have been chopped and changed 3 times over this. I don't work and probably could not stand one but I have fun doing my creative writing. I live on my own so DS is a vital part of my life. It's good to have a good old natter isn't it. How are you feeling at the moment and what do you do. Lots of love Zone xx I am female and a young 54 xxx

Close Chronic Pain
I have arthritis, fibromyalgia, scoliosis,bulging and torn discs in neck and spine, and stenosis. I've had chronic pain for years and take daily medication.
Treatments
- Heat Somewhat Helpful
- Helps temporarily but I've used it too much and burned my skin. Doctor told me to quit using it.
- Lidoderm Not Working
- No longer use it. Tried it for a while. Does not work at all.
- Morphine Working / Worked
- I take it daily. It's the only thing that's helped.
- Nerve Blocks Not Working
- Physical Therapy Not Working
