28yo stay at home mom. Born and raised in Maryland. How I miss it! Have 1 daughter that is 2 1/2. Married 4 years. We have been wanting to have another child, but I am currently having a flare and my GI says I won't get pregnant until under control.

I love to be outside in the garden. I find it is a great stress reliever for me. I also am interested in photography, knitting, love to cook and bake--just hoping I can continue to eat it all! I was baking and selling things at the farmer's market. This year I haven't started doing the markets as I think I need to concentrate on getting back into remission first!

I was diagnosed with Crohns in 2004 while planning my wedding! Was able to get it under control with Entocort EC for 6 months and then just remain on 4000mg Pentasa. I took myself off meds while pregnant and didn't go back on them. Since then I have become more aware of the dangerous side effects of Pharmacuetical drugs and how taxing they can be on your body. I am currently in persuit of a totally natural approach to obtaining disease remission. I will keep you posted!
We notices my daughter's eye turning outward around the time she was 18 months. We were sent to Hershey Med Center and found out she has Strabismus. 3 visits later and the Drs. are saying she needs surgery. She just turned 3 years old.
