Having a bad day, do not seem i am getting any better, fed up with keep having dizzy spells and loosing my balance, wold love to wake up one …

I work as a Receptionist, married have two grown up sons, and also i am a grandmother, at the moment i cannot work due to the dizzy spells and loosing my balance,

Close Dizziness & Vertigo
I have dizzy spells, when i go to walk i loose my balance and wandering to one side, seem very light headed and also get nausea feeling,when i am sitting it does not seem so bad.
Treatments
- Compazine Too Soon to Tell
- They seem to be not working, i do not feel any different.
