Im feeling better since I started Pilates. The class 2x a week is wonderful. It also is strengthening my lower back. I suffered from back pain for a long time and this Pilates is helping with recovery. I cant tell you how much I enjoy getting back into shape. I have a volleyball match tonight. Looking foward to it the men out number a few women. Ha






Hope going back to work on new meds works out. Pilates may be too eye-popping with all those men! Ha!

I found Pilates to be the best exercise for me too. Its just so easy to keep up with.
