Yesterday sorta started out crappy. But I made myself do a cardio dvd and a strength training one as well. I felt better afterward. I worked off a lot of energy. I got a new personal training client. Our first appt. is this Monday. I advertised my services for a ridiculously low price. $20 an hour is better than 0 an hour. With my knowledge and background I could ask for more but times are tough. And I truly do like helping people. My only ick side yesterday is that for some reason I took 3-4 mg of klonipin. I just wanted to sleep. I am depressed right now. Actually more of a mixed episode. I can't stand those.
