      Just got diagnosed after my grandfather passed away. A few months ago. I had an extream manic episode it was like a long acid trip. I had also just detoxed off fentanyl and lexapro. This in combination with the death I think is what set it off. I'm glad I got diagnosed but I'm still dealing with guilt from medical bills and crazy things I did when I was manic. To tell the truth I still feel pretty manic but I've come back to reality. I think the meds are working...
