- It is very insightful, but its hard when you can't stop bingeing.
- Group Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- It was nice to see people who had the same struggles I did, but I didnt' feel it was individualized enough.
- Overeaters Anonymous (OA) Working / Worked
- I was attending the meetings regularly while in treatment but since being home have not gone to any. It was helpful though.
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- It is always helpful to have the support from my family and friends, but it is ultimately up to me.

I suffer from alot of anxiety... I believe that this is the reason why I binge because I have anxiety attacks and don't know how to handle them.

- It helps me to believe I am worth having a better life. When I feel like life isn't not worth it, it puts things into perspective.
Open Diets & Weight Maintenance
I have struggled with my weight for the past 3 years. I will lose alot of weight and then gain it all back and then some. I'm fed up of the cycle.. and I want to lose this weight for good. My weight has reached the highest it has ever been... and I don't want to see this number ever again.

- I did this about 5 years ago... lost 20 pounds was at my lowest weight and loved it. I wasn't obsessed with food.. and I was eating healthy.

- Lost the weight but gained it all back. Found it too restrictive.

- Currenlty on weight watchers but have not weighed in in a long time... so I"m trying to get back on the wagon.
Open Fitness Goals
I used to be a gym fanatic. I lost that .. and in stead decided to take up binge eating. So I want to get back to the gym, BUT not be obsessed with it. My goal is to get back to running and also to be able to complete my p90x (great program) I saw so much results from this. When I did it last I weighed 146 but I looked like I weighed 130s because it totally reshapes your body, you build muslce and you feel soooo strong. I highly recommend it!

- I have the FIRM workouts, they use a three way step. A high step a low step, and one that you can put diagnally. Its amazing! Found alot of great results!

- I love dancing, and you don't feel like your workin gout!

- Loved this... really gets out agression.

- I used to do this when I was younger and its such a wicked workout!!! I wish I could someday get back to it!.

- Really helps because your workout is so much more efficient. And they push you more than you would push yourself.

- This is so great, it elongates your body, definately see great results.

- Used to do this all the time when I was younger!

- I used to run all the time, it toally reshapes you and burns major calories.

- This is always great b/c it builds muscle and muscle really is the key to weight loss.

- I did the P90X challenge, it was incredible.. I'm trying to lose weight and then do it when I hit the 150 mark.

I would love to get into balanced eating. When I binge I tend to eat alot of sugary food, and so my blood sugars are all over the place... so I'm hoping to even things out by getting all my food groups.

I live with all addicts, and I am one too. My mother is addicted to gambling, my brother addicted to weed, and my father is an alcoholic. I'm learning to deal with this dynamic, because I am really trying to make some positive changes in myself without being sidetracked by them.
