Cronic support Group,I have had cronic pain for years now,and to be able to talk with others like yourself,I truly think this does everyone alot of good ,no one really knows untill you have this,like the people in this group..

- Yes heat helps me a great deal..
- Marijuana Working / Worked
- This is prescibed by my Doctor every month.
- Meditation Working / Worked
- I am just starting to do this ,it is helpful.
- Methadone Working / Worked
- Methadone is also wonderful for pain,this helps also ,great deal.
- Music Working / Worked
- I have Anxiety,Panic disorder,I find music wonderful of all kinds.I have alot of cds of relaxing sounds ,it is so peaseful to laydown for about 1hr and listen and even if it is for 20mins I dont feel pain it is all worth it for me..as well for my anxiety,I find music wonderful for that.

- I find writting to be very claming,I have being writting in journals for years now ,weather it be a bad day or a good day,it does help me with my pain.
Open Loneliness
I live in farm country and my nearest neibour is about half a mile away,its very hard to meet new friends when you cant get out to much with the pain I have.

- I have tryed a few differant medsThe only one that gave me some painfree days was Oxcycoden40 mg.I became addicted to themso what did help I cant take.Now taking percocet.
