I keep using up most of my calories during the first half of the day.

After work my appetite seems insatiable and it's like I don't even care if I don't lose weight at that point in time, I'm so hungry.

 

Breakfast -

Yogurt = 250

2 eggs = 140

1 milk = 110

 == 500

 

Lunch -

foot long sub = 810

a few stray doritos = ?

a stray pizza roll = ?

 == probably around 900

 

Not quite dinner -

1 frozen chimi = 310

 

Misc -

2/3 popsicle = 30

24 oz locarb monster = 30

 

Today's total fuck up = 1,770     

... and it's only 6 o'clock.

Water again for the rest of the day.

 

 

LET'S MAKE TOMORROW EVEN BETTER.

How do I be less hungry when I get home?

    Girlie, if you only had 1,770 for the day, I think that's pretty good. Do you stick to the water only when you use up your calories?? A couple of suggestions, I hope you don't mind..? What kind of yogurt are you eating that is 250 cal?? Have you tried the fat-free light stuff? I generally go with Publix brand, but yoplait light is SOOO yummy (they even have a thick and creamy kind too :) and the most cals they have in them is 110 for a standard 6oz cup of yogurt. Give it a try, its an easy way to cut 150 and still enjoy your yogurt! Do you drink enough water too? Sometimes when I think I'm hungry, I'm really thirsty... Plus the more you drink, the more full you feel. I personally drink at least 2 BIG 24oz cups of water per meal.. I don't see any fruits or veggies either? Do you like any? That's a fabulous way to volumize your meals with few calories. For instance, did you know an ENTIRE can of green beans only had 60 cals in it? Anywhos... I hope I've helped a little, you can do it!!!

    1,770 is so NOT a failure! It is really really good. I wish I could get myself to just eat that much in a day.
    Ps. I totally understand about work. I usually work the night shift and when I get home I could eat the furniture I'm so hungry. Maybe you and I will be able to come up with some sort of system? The only thing that helps me sometimes is having coffee. The caffine kills my appetite but then of course I am up all night with the jitters.
