Well I suppose I'd have chosen "Ok" if not for these blasted allergies. Ugh!  2 1/2 weeks of pain meds waiting for an emergency appointment to have a tooth pulled, only to finally get it pulled and land in the allergy zone.  Whoopee!   Oh well, this too shall pass.. this too shall pass..

One tooth out, one more to go.. have to wait til they have another spot over the next couple of weeks though. Hopefully sooner than later..    they had a real rough time with this one, had to cut my gums to get the bugger out and put in a couple of stitches. He said it would take 3-4 days for the stitches to dissolve but they were already coming out Saturday and I only had it done Thursday -- go figure!!

Finally got through to my GP that he not the specialist is supposed to be making the referral for the Gastric Bypass, though it escapes us both why he didn't just do it himself a month ago but anyhow.. now I wait some more.  Not sure when it will be but hopefully they'll give me enough warning to plan properly, and I won't have to run back and forth to Toronto for followup appointments or stay there for weeks afterwards -- that could get costly.  Still hoping to hear from some who have lymphedema, and have had the gastric bypass done.  Would be nice to hear from some who have been there, done that so to speak..

Crazy busy time with school and kids activities all wrapping up for the summer. One daughter going to camp for 3 weeks this summer with Cadets.  It's been go go go for the last few weeks and weekends, with no end of that in sight for a while.  To say nothing of the allergies acting up, up all night two nights in a row coughing my brains out.  No wonder we're so worn out..  Kids are already raving about their Summer Vacation..  Vacation my butt!  Things will be busier than ever then... Come ON September!!  LOL

Upped my Actos to 30 mg a day now, and so far we're a few days in and it makes me really dizzy.  The first 15 mgs never did that to me, I wonder if that's normal..   hopefully that'll pass too..

Whatever doesn't kill us makes us strong right??  How did I get so trusted??

Hopefully all is well with all of you..  :)
