I am a 62 yr. old woman, living in Mississippi. I am a retired cosmetologist, mother and grandmother.I lost my husband of 32 years in December of 2005. Not one day goes by that I don't think of him. After three long years of lonliness I met the man that I now share my life with. Interests
I love to travel and see the world. I love all kinds of music, but mostly country music.I enjoy playing Bunko with my Bunko group, going out to eat, meeting new people and reading interesting books of all kinds.

cuzzy why is your blood pressure so high. that is so dangerous. are you on bp medication.? if you are not you sure better get on it and slow down and take it easy for a while. its got to come down before you do anything. it really makes you tired. now put your jets on and slow down. tomorrow is brian;s birthday and I have a beautiful yellow rose growing so I am going to cut it and take it to the grave. girl I miss him so much. love ya cuzzy

I lost my husband of 32 years in Dec. of 2005 to cancer of the esophagus. During this time frame my 30 year old daughter got involved in drugs and left her family.This has been the worse year of my life and I do not think I will ever get over it.I need to talk with people who know how I feel.I dont know how to live without him and his love in my life.I dont know who I am any more.I just feel lost and miss him so much.I hope this group can help me as I am so unhappy. jmk1973

- Grief Counseling Somewhat Helpful
- went through grief counciling at the hospise where my husband died. It was more educational than one on one. Taught me about stages of grief
- Keeping Busy Working / Worked
- I find that the busier I stay the bettger off I am.
- Lexapro Not Working
- Tried it, but was more depressed on it than off of it. Took myself off of it...
- Music Working / Worked
- music soothes the soul
- Prayer Working / Worked
- I have always turned to God in prayer for all things. It keeps me grounded in my faith.

- It definately works to calm panic attacks and anxiety
- Zoloft Working / Worked
- Helpful in the beginning. Stopped working after 2 years.
