      I have really bad ocd, I am having an extremely hard time dealing with it right now, if anyone has anything to help me let me know !

      Treatments

      Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Somewhat Helpful
      my brain for some reason is not working with the cbt too well, my therapist is trying to work with me and teach me the techniques, but I think my ocd is too bad right now. hopefully it will eventually work.
      Luvox Somewhat Helpful
      only @ 150 mg, not completely working, but its definitly doing something than before.
