      it started 5mo ago.I moved started a new job and sepperaated from my wife it was to much at once got GAD

      Ativan Somewhat Helpful
      It helps sepress the anxity I take nortypoline as anti-D helps for sleep
      Breathing Exercises Somewhat Helpful
      helps when i have hart palpitations
      Hypnotherapy Somewhat Helpful
      cant tell if it helped 3 sesions only

      got severe anxiety, clinical depression 4months ago. all i do is look for ansers and hope
