About Me
I'm 28 years old and have been married for just over two years to a wonderfully supportive and loving guy. I've always wanted to be a mom and always felt a sort of kinship with kids. My husband and I started trying in October 2007 and got pregnant right away, only to miscarry at 10 weeks. Tests revealed it was a chromosomal abnormality. I found out in the end of February 2008 that I was pregnant again. In March 2008, the ultrasound revealed another miscarriage. I'm heartbroken, a little hopeless and completely devastated. I recently found out on August 20th that I'm pregnant again! I'm excited but obviously a little on edge.
Interests
Yoga, hiking, anything outdoors, traveling, reading, television, and though I hate to admit it, celeb magazines and gossip blogs. Recently, I've been absorbed in researching anything related to miscarriage - causes, treatments, specialists, etc. I feel like I'm in information overload right now.

Hey there. Thanks for the comment on my journal. I was feeling a little crazy yesterday, but better today. I think I have decided to believe my genetic counnselor and proceed with the thinking that it is nothing. She believes the number of people with the inversion and MMC is statistically insignificant, so I will believe that as well. Thanks again though, for your input. I can't believe you are already at 19 weeks! Thats great and almost halfway there. I am so happy for you!

Thanks I really hope so, I keep trying not to think about it, when I do I get all worked up and then the baby starts kicking me like as if to say CHILL OUT MOM!! lol :)

Close Miscarriage
Miscarried at 10 weeks and had a D&C on Dec. 20. The whole process was pretty traumatizing, but I'm healing. I found out on Feb 25, 2008, I was pregnant again only to find out that I was miscarrying on March 25. I have been tested for everything in the book and all tests have come back normal.

Close Pregnancy After Loss/Infertility
I had a missed miscarriage in December 2007. After two very tough months, I got a positive pregnancy test on February 25, 2008. I found out on March 25, that I was miscarrying again. I got a BFP on August 20, 2008 and am sure this one is going to stick!
