      Yay for being pregnant! But you want to eat right for your baby, and also you wouldn't want to gain a ton of weight like 50 pounds! Remember, the recommended gain is 20-25 pounds, less if you are above the 'ideal' weight before you got pregnant. Don't make yourself do more work later on! I love you!

      Counting Calories Working / Worked
      I kept a journal of what I ate, what time, and how many calories. It was a lot of work to keep up with it, but it did motivate me to watch what I was eating.
      Eat Less Working / Worked
      This definately worked. I would eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch and just snacked for dinner. I lost 5 pounds the 1st week, but then I stopped the routine and began to eat dinner and I gained the weight back plus 3 more pounds.
      NutriSystem Somewhat Helpful
      When I ordered I didn't know what foods I was going to like so I ordered the sample package. I did not like about 1/2 the foods that they had, but I ate those that I did like and did lose a few pounds the first week. Also, I didn't like that I still had to spend money on salads and fresh fruit.
      Physical Exercise Working / Worked
      I got a personal trainer before my wedding and got down to 155 lbs. I lost about 10 pounds, but it was really expensive ($70/session and I had to commit to 10 sessions). I did it for my wedding and I would do it again if I had the money.
      Weight Watchers Somewhat Helpful
      I went to the consultation and took the point book everywhere with me. It was too hard for me to keep track of how many points I had eaten.
      TrimSpa Not Working
      I took this for about 1 week and felt no difference.
